I have always wanted to visit Keyaki after seeing Mongabong's wedding photos, and thought it's a place that my family will love (even more so now with how travel-starved we all are) because it looks like the gardens in Kyoto.
My third sister generously treated us to lunch at Keyaki the past weekend, also to celebrate my Dad's birthday.
Umeshu soda, with the soda served at the side. Maybe I haven't been to enough fancy Japanese places to see my drink served like that but this is amazing and all Umeshu sodas should be served like that!! Say no to diluted Umeshu sodas!!
All of us except my mum ordered the Keyaki brunch menu, which comes with three appetisers. Eggplant in the blue dish, tamago with fish in the flower dish, and wasabi avocado prawns in the white dish.

I told my mum "haha 我们都有,妳没有", in jest, which the server overheard and promptly gave my mum this:
"Auntie 我给妳这个小菜,妳们都有东西吃" 10/10 for service.

Jikasei Tofu Salad: Home-made Tofu Salad with Sesame Dressing (ordered off the ala carte menu)
Uni Nigiri (ordered off the ala carte menu) Super sweet, but Mirazur's still wins.
Keyaki Bento that my mum ordered.
The bento costs the same as the brunch menu, which gives the brunch menu a higher CP value.
Sashimi: Salmon, Toro, Yellowtail (paid $25 extra to change the Sweet Shrimp to Toro)

Seasonal Fruits (you can pay $12 more to upgrade your melon to a Japanese Musk Melon)
Hojicha Pudding
Red Velvet Cake courtesy of Keyaki. This came as a lovely surprise to me as well, because I received no acknowledgement after stating that we are celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation.
Korean vibes as well hahah
10/10 would recommend this place, and go in the day if you plan to take photos!
