Went to the newly opened Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai-
It's built to look like a Edo period neighborhood
There's so many interesting stuff that I wanted to try! But I came straight from godaime, so I only tried the tamagoyaki:
They have a store at Tsukiji outer market as well, but it's not the one I usually buy from (YamachÅ)
tbh they all taste the same to me
I think I will skip Tsukiji outer market and just visit this one from now on! The stalls here are more organized and easier to explore, I feel. And more stuff that appeals to tourists I guess, hahaha.
They even have a free foot bath on the top floor!!
Decided I have space for my favourite iced latte float so I headed to Cafe Rostro, but made a pit-stop at for Portugese egg tarts from Nata de Cristiano which is just round the corner from Cafe Rostro.
IT'S SO GOOD!!!!!!!!! But the best portuguese egg tart I've had is still the one from Bakehouse in Hong Kong.
Turns out they only started serving it one week before (it's off the menu in winter) so yay me!
And then I headed to hikiniku to come for dinner-
