Back here again burning loads of money on this meal for no other reason than FOMO.
But I can say for sure now that I don't have to visit Gaggan's restaurant anymore!
They were serving "The Last Supper" menu on my second visit, where they got 15 famous chefs in Singapore to recreate Gaggan's iconic dishes from his iconic menu.
Very cool, but I honestly thought all of the dishes were lacklustre.
It's a 16 course dinner, and this yogurt explosion dish is the original one. All following dishes were recreations.
Lick It Up plate by Julien Royer of Odette.

As the name suggests, we had to literally lick the plate, along to the BGM of Lick it Up by Kiss.
Panipuri Egg
I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT THIS IS HAHAH
Brain by Jason Tan of Euphoria. This one really pales in comparison to the original....
Foie Gras Waffle. This was my favourite!!
My trusty lighting technician hahaha
Aloo Bonda Charcoal. This one was nowhere as nice as the original.
Japanese Vinaloo Bamboo Shoot. IT'S NOT MEAT!! The texture is so similar to meat but it isn't!! I was quite blown away by this one.
Chutoro Nigiri. This was my least favourite dish because it just tasted like a bowl of expensive ingredients with no thought on flavour and balance. Overall a very unnecessary combination of ingredients.
Cold tomato dish with tomato soup?? I can't remember what soup it is LOL but I assume it's tomato. Anyway, I love tomato so this was an easy win.
Cold Curry Scallops
Fish Paturi
Lamp Chop by the chef from Burnt Ends!! This is the closest I'll ever get to eating at burnt ends I think.
Lobster Dosa
I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GENEROUS THEY ARE WITH THE LOBSTER. 99.999999% of all the fancy places I've dined at will probably just give you half of a claw. Can't believe they gave us 2 whole claws!! First time feeling 物有所值 at a fancy place like this lmao
Can't remember what drink this is but I didn't like it. But it's on the house anyway thanks to Ter's network lolol
Pink in Spring by Chef Janice Wong. Didn't like this, but I would still like to visit her dessert bar someday.
Bandung milkshake in a baby bottle ooooof thank god we both could suck well HAHAHAH
Chocolate hazelnut icecream
Blurry memories
