Changing of the Guard // Mei Mei // St Dunstan in the East
I love how my hotel was just a 15 minutes walk away from my favourite cafe. Of course I wish it could just be a stone throw's away, but yeah I really can't complain if it's within reasonable walking distance.
Had an almond croissant which was more cakey than flaky.
Just two mounted police out getting coffee, casual.
I really don't know why I even bothered with this, maybe just FOMO, but seeing it just once in your life is enough. Reminder to myself to never bother seeing the guards again!!!
Monument (to the Great Fire of London)
Southwark Cathedral
Borough Market
Broke my no asian food out of asia rule for this one-
(unsavoury) river view for lunch
The sambal is actually very legit!! I rate it a 8/10. Coffee was from Monmouth Coffee (and I think Kings cart's is still the best HAHAHA) I rate the coffee a 6/10.
Had a post lunch nap at this bombed out church called the St Dunstan in the East.
Ya imagine how embarrassing it is to pose like this in front of a stranger!! I've been through it all!!
