I did a double take when Jervis walked into the restaurant because it had been close to 10 years since he cleaned up nice for dinner with me (the last time was for his 21st birthday dinner HAHA)
We went to Sen of Japan for mains -
Mala Maki, which is basically a soft-shell crab tempura maki with mala seasoning. I rate this a 6/10.
Maguro Pizza - 7/10.
Anago Tempura - 6/10.
Sashimi Moriawase - 6/10. This was the biggest letdown because it tasted nothing like the $78++ it called for. Koji is still my go-to place for sashimi!!
Black Cod Soy - 7.5/10

Their food is really just Sushi Tei standard at best, but x3 the price. I'll probably just to stick to Sushi Tei!!

This is really very IG worthy and I don't regret ordering this, even though we couldn't finish it (and struggled trying) Everything was really nice too, except for the fruits. I was expecting Medi-ya grade imported fruits but those tasted like they were from NTUC lmao.
