Salted and Hung

Salted and Hung serves an affordable menu that champions minimal-waste. It's a hit and miss, but for the price point and philosophy, I think it's definitely worth visiting again.

Caviar Soldiers.

Sourdough with Whipped Lard and Wakame Butter. It's a no from me.

Treasures of the Sea: Raw Scallops, Caviar, Yuzu Sake, Chili Granita and Truffle. The truffle was an add on which we were persuaded to get, but we both felt that it did nothing to elevate the dish.

Surf and Turf: Crayfish, Lemonade and Charcuterie Broth.

Heart and Soul: Selection of Housemade Charcuterie. This was really good. I'm not a charcuterie person because I find them gamey usually, but this was pleasant.

The Whole Fish: Pearl Grouper, Bone Crumb and Charcoal.

Meat, Bone and Fire: Saga-gyu A4 Sirloin, Bone Marrow and Ash. This was my favourite dish, and it's also the best piece of beef that I've had since circuit breaker. I wish it was like 10x bigger LOL

Bramble Patch: Strawberry, Mochi and Meringue.

Gold'N Gaytime: Chocolate  Umami and Toffee. This was so so so so so good! Wasn't expecting their dessert to be good but this was like amazing

Anzac cookies. I wish they gave this as a take-home gift, but I suppose the packaging would count as waste.
