I'll never forget this. It's carrots in various ways. Pickled carrots, grilled carrots, carrot puree, roasted carrots, candied carrots.. I think the star of the dish were the heritage carrots but anyway they were all amazing (fyi I like carrots)
Some sort of mango dessert with a ball of rice pudding, I think..

well this isn't from Storrs Hall. It's from the night my cousin bought me dinner, but since this is a food post so why not. Pan-fried salmon with crushed sweet potatoes
