Penultimate Day: Barcelona
Decided to take the hop on hop off bus for our last full day in Spain, because there are alot of places that we just want to take a look but don't intend to explore in depth (read: 拍個照,到此一遊~)
Camp Nou: Home of Barcelona FC
Probably a Museum or sth on Montjuïc
We got off at Plaça de Catalunya and there happened to be some carnival going on! Huge groups of people gathered everywhere for different activities. There was a dance class (super cool!) and also this... transformation experience (i don't know what is it called actually) anyway see below
I just found weirdly interesting hahah. And there's even a DJ?!
La Rambla!
yumz!
La Boqueria! I love going to the market whenever I'm in other countries because that's the place where you can see, feel, taste, and experience their culture the best. (though this is more like a touristy market)
Decided to experience having lunch at one of the bars! I (still) have no idea how the queue system works, hahah
Fried Calamari (which I've learnt, by then, is one of xy's fav dishes, along with mussels)
I forgot what fish this is. The meat was really nice and juicy! And the bell peppers there are all so sweet omg ultimate love.
See how this busker chained her tip jar to herself hahaha just in case someone snatches it and run! Shows alot about how unsafe the place is.
Sectionals in the park!!
My favourite departmental store in Spain! I feel so happy whenever I see El Corte Inglés, no idea why. Maybe it's the sense of familiarity because you can find them all over Spain
