
2 weeks back I had dinner at Jamie's Italian and tried Cauliflower Fritters for the first time.

They were ah-mazing. So ah-mazing, like I was surrounded by thousand little fireworks. I was even thinking about it when I went to bed that night.
In fact, I am still thinking about it. That's why I decided to try making my own cauliflower fritters. However, I couldn't find a recipe for the ones I had at Jamie's Italian. The ones I found seemed to be more like a goreng cauliflower instead of the creamy ones I had at Jamie's Italian. So I made up my own recipe.
I thought it tasted quite well. I added potatoes, cream cheese and Parmesan. But it's the last step which got me; how do I fry it?
I used an air fryer this time. Maybe I'll try deep frying it next time.
