day three // haarlem
They run a market on Grote Markt square every saturday and we're lucky to be there that day!
This red-bricked building is called Vleeshal (which translates to meat-hall) and was the only place in Haarlem where fresh meat was allowed to be sold from 1604 to the 18th century.
Had lunch at a italian restaurant around the market called Centopercento and we all agreed it was our best meal during our entire trip!
Of all the cities we visited in the Netherlands, Haarlem is my favourite. Might consider staying there for a few days if I ever visit Netherlands again hahaha
