
A very mediocre meal -

Service was slow despite only having to cover five pairs of diners.

Amuse-bouche (background to foreground): Beetroot Cannoli with Smoked Honey Ricotta, Artichoke Mousse Tartlet with Parma Ham and Truffle, Cured (?) Sardine with Pine Nut Oil

Tasteless Bread

Swordfish with Nouri and Cucumber. This was my favourite dish.

Yolk of Firstborn Egg on Cauliflower Mash and Truffle

Celeriac with Capers, Ikura and Brown Butter Sauce

Scallop on more than al dente Pasta

Mackerel and Sudachi Sauce with Radish in Burnt Leek



Smoked Venison with Pumpkin Puree, Radicchio, and Fig

House version of Ferrero Rocher with Persimmon that host was unsure if it was from Hokkaido or Amalfi

Brioche with Yuzu Custard (?)

Carrot Candy
I don't regret trying this place but won't be back for sure.
