stuffing my face with food and drinks-
$60 pizza at Lucali BYGB. It's a decent pizza, but not a mindblowing one that's worth $60.The most mindblowing pizza I've had is a dessert pizza from Little Caesar's in Perth.
I know it doesn't look like much but YO, IT WAS LIFE-CHANGING.
Had afternoon tea at Anti:dote on the last afternoon before the lockdown.
Uh oh, seems like Gibson is losing their #1 spot in my heart because THE DRINKS AT ANTI:DOTE ARE SO GOOD. I've heard many good things about Anti:dote, but have never planned to visit the bar because I assumed hotel bars to be a tourist/guest trap. I know, I am wrong, and have paid the consequence of missing out on this amazing bar for a long time.
I was so blown away by the fizzy clover club (highball glass) that I asked for a bespoke that was fizzy and has a similar flavour profile to a clover club. And here we have it-
I was so mindblown by this. I think I've come to a point in life where I no longer get mindblown easily; my definition of "good" is pretty loose, but nothing hardly makes it to the god tier anymore. THIS, made it to my god tier.

It's actually a very simple mix of sloe gin, passionfruit, grapefruit, and soda. But, holy smokes, it's so good. The sad thing is, this is a bespoke so I doubt I'll be able to get the same thing elsewhere. And I didn't get to meet the bartender, so I have no idea who to look for and ask for the same thing when I visit again.
I was told that I was pretty much in my own bubble when drinking but hey, can't blame me.
