Day 4: Hakata
We joined a walking tour on our last day that brought us to several temples, a shrine and also a lesson on the etiquette of making and drinking green tea.
Pebbled ground that's carefully groomed with a rake to resemble faint waves.
Wall that was made using recycled materials! Super ingenious.
Soy milk soft serve
I forgot what's this called.
Spent the rest of the afternoon in Canal City, a supersized shopping mall in Hakata! They happened to have a marathon of performances that day.
Had none of that.
Chicken hot pot that's supposedly very famous in Hakata. Either we were eating it the wrong way or we went to the wrong place, because it was really MEHHHH. Never having it again...
Irresistible crepes in Japan that comes with strawberries, whipped cream and ice cream♥
Yatai
And this marks the end of my Sister's birthday trip in Japan
