Day 5: Krakow (continued)
had lunch at a traditional polish restaurant
Rosół - clear chicken soup with vegetable and noodles
Gołąbki - cabbage stuffed with meat and rice. I kinda like this one, think I'll try making some of this!
Kremówka / Napoleonka - puff pastry with cream in between. The cream is more like a sticky, thick cream, instead of a light cream.
Jewish Quarters
Actually this district gives me a shady vibe
View on the way up to Wawel Castle!
Main Square
Couldn't resist a horse carriage ride! Riding shotgun which is the best seat (albeit freezing)
Traffic rules applies!
Dinner at one of the bistros along main square
Tomato soup! I hate tomatoes but all the tomato soup I had there were TO DIE FOR. The soup is really thick like you could probably serve it over pasta, but it's so damn good. I've never tasted anything close to this good in Singapore :(
Pork schnitzel with spinah gnocchi
Trumpet call at St. Mary's Basilica! And the trumpeter waved at us which got us all excited hahah
