Paddy Hills // Great service seals the deal.
DSC02657edit

Back at Paddy Hills, but this time round for their night-time menu.

But it would be such a pity for us to go all the way, literally from one end of Singapore to the other, and not get their famed hotcakes! So we used our puppy eyes and asked if they still have any hotcakes for dinner (they only serve it till 5PM)

AND THE CHEF AGREED TO MAKE A PLATE FOR US! I really think that they have a great crew, a team that cares. So even if you don't want to go there for their food, I urge you to go there for their crew.

Well, or the other way round, because the food is really good.

Spanish Octopus which was so tender that it tasted almost like chicken!

Squid Ink Pasta which got us all looking funny but it's ok since we are all family and there's no one to impress so who cares about looking funny just like how I don't care about punctuation

Paella! Nothing like the authentic Spanish one but it's still good♥

There's probably 3 more dishes which I didn't manage to photograph because hotcakes. I mean, it'll be simply rude to ignore the hotcakes and not dig in, right?
