Yesterday, I finally had an encounter with:

• A nasty client who was unreasonable and hung up on me. 
• A nasty model, who really pissed me off that I said "please be polite to me". But of course this only pissed her off more and she's upset with me, but so am I with her. 2 people can play the game. I'll be sure to be even more professional and PR than ever when I see her on the coming Monday. 

But as I was telling some other people, 也是時候讓我見識見識一些可惡的人! How can things still be so smooth sailing for me after 3 weeks?
