Went to Japan this CNY! Kyoto & Osaka, more specifically.

The first drink I had in Japan, which was some soy milk tea? I love soy milk, so I thought it's pretty good?

The airport bus to Kyoto!
After checking in, we explored the place around our hotel.

See that tamago? That's the most disgusting tamago I've had in my life. Totally changed my belief about how there's no 難吃的食物 in Japan! The food at that bistro sucks in general, lol.

Sanjo shopping street!

Nishiki Market

Soy milk ice cream. Tasted exactly the same as the ones from Mr Bean.

In search of better tamagos to wash away that disgusting tamago I had during lunch.

Adorable donuts!

We joined a walking tour later that evening which covered the Gion area, which was super educational and we learnt so much about the Geisha culture!

A stone monument where Geishas will come and leave flowers and stuff once a year (on which day, I forgot).

See the little wooden signs that resemble signs that food stalls have which tell people the food and price? They are actually the names of the Maikos staying in that boarding house. The leftmost one is the newest and most junior Maiko.

Maiko spotted! Pardon by blur photo.
