My dad decided to bring us all to Perth during my what-was-supposed-to-be-a-1-week-buffer-break (which is no longer the case because I just declared myself unemployed in the middle of the trip. But that's a long story, to be told another time)
Prior to the trip, I was thinking of going to Taiwan instead, since Taiwan is my favourite destination. But it's far too hot to go there now, and it's always nice to visit my big sister anyway. Plus I've never been to her new house yet! So it's a great time to visit.
It's a great trip overall. Ate so much good food, stayed at an apartment with an awesome view...

But my sister's place is even better, of course. Her house is sooooo tumblr-worthy.

Plus my sister is such a great cook so we don't have to worry about going hungry.
We even had a BBQ, partly in lieu of Father's day (in Australia)

It's also the wildflower season so almost everywhere was blooming with cute little flowers
