Amanda is in town on a work trip, and so we had dinner with her last night!
At first I was really worried that it'll be awkward. Afterall we haven't been keeping in contact for sometime, and our lives have just been so different.
But then I was genuinely curious about her life, and what she has been doing while she was away all these years! So I didn't really find it awkward, thankfully. Hope that she feels that same way too!
But the highlight of last night wasn't meeting Amanda though. One of us (not me) fainted while we were having drinks
吓死我了。At first I thought she was laughing at something I said and accidentally tripped onto something and fell. But then things didn't seem right because she didn't move for a while and then people started to crowd around her (everything happened within a few seconds)
Due to our friendship pact, I can't reveal who was the one who fainted (hahah) but anyway, to Ms. Faints and everyone else reading this, please take good care of yourself!
