Had a great day out with my dearest 男人 yesterday!
We had brunch at Food For Thought (FOOD IS DAMN YUMZ, THE VANILLA CREAM IS !!!) and then we went museum hopping afterwards
It's been such a long time since I actually did something special during an outing! Over the years, all outings that I go to seems to only involve eating and talking. But anyway, if it wasn't for the friendly security uncle at the museum who came out and told us that admission is free for Singaporeans, we would have probably missed it.

Most of the exhibitions were pretty interactive, guess that's the trend now?
Even though it's interactive, I got pretty sleepy awhile.
We even found a cozy corner for a nap.
Kidding. They were screening this short art film called "Cloud" in the Chapel. and they placed HUGE bean bags (I saw a family of 6 squeezing onto 1 bean bag, that huge.) in the room. So while Jervis was taking a nap (hah!), I tried to understand the movie.
Which I couldn't. Too artsy already la.
But I love this thing that they do at the end of the movie! The last scene of the movie closed in to a room/window with lots of smoke and then the screen blanks out, the back of the screen lights up, AND SMOKE COMES OUT. So cool! And it looks exceptionally pretty in a dark room.
Happiness tree? Actually they asked us to write things we want to unearth and hang them on the tree, but I guess everyone didn't really understand what they mean by unearth so all the messages that I read were along the lines of "win lottery"etc.

Both of us are not Christians but we decided to go in anyway and sit for a while. I was attracted by the architecture, and it's really weird cos once we stepped in we immediately had that... solemn feel.
Which sort of became scary so we left, after just 2 minutes. LOL.
Then we went to The Fabulous Baker Boy after that!

Their Red Velvet is really nice but as for the carrot cake, I still think that Maison Ikkoku serves the best ones.

Super fun and touristy day today. All future dates should be like this!
