It's my first time cooking something for so many people. Usually it's just for my family, but this time round I made pies for my family, supernats and bangs' family!
I haven't heard any complains about food poisoning so I guess it was okay...?
Loosely followed Jamie Oliver's recipe.(I added in alot of other vegetables!)
In my haste to serve it, I did not take a photo of the filling. But it was really good. The crust was a failure because I did the 2 layers thingy with chestnuts in between and my pastry became too thick, so it was sort of undercooked. But the filling was really not bad! It's my first time using thyme, and I think it played the vital role in creating that "christmas taste".
In short, a great recipe/idea to deal with all your christmas leftovers!
