Had the most amazing birthday, ever. Thanks to my awesome friends who decided to surprise me (twice! See my next post.) and also, being able to spend my birthday with my favourite band.
Surreal.
And their show on Saturday was SO GOOD. In fact, I feel that it's the best Mayday concert that I've been to! Wasn't too pleased with their setlist, cos they didn't sing alot of my fav. songs, but their performance yesterday was really very good. Everything went well, everyone was in good form! Perfect, I would say.
So glad that I went to both days cos the setlist was significantly different. Like... 30% different?
As a hardcore fan, I went to queue on Friday at 6.55AM. Crazy, tiring, but worth it. ROW 1! Like omfg ROW ONE. Still can't believe that I actually managed to watch their concert in the first row! (In case you are wondering why there's a seat number, it's because they placed chairs inside the moshpit for the friday's show! But they removed the chairs for the Saturday's show.)
Now I can die with no regrets.
As for saturday, I went to queue at 12pm. Figured that standing somewhere close to the front would do, since I already experienced standing at the first row!
Didn't get any good shots cos the moshpit was crazy, and on Friday I didn't take any shots cos I wanted to fully enjoy myself at the first row, heh^^
Now I'm left with a post-concert depression, and a tired body.
