I'M FEELING SO DISGUSTED.
yesterday i swear i ate like ALOT at sakura and i'm feeling so disgusted now
its like, i touch my stomach then i feel like vomitting everything out. EVERYTHING
then last night it was so terrible that midnight i woke up and do 30 crunches, 50 sit ups and 10 push ups
then this morning i woke up at like 6.18am and went jogging with my parents at pasir ris park
I JOGGED ALOT OKAY
my father say around 3.4km. ( I DIDN'T STOP )
then i came back and did 30 situps.
and i'm going to allow myself to a cup of milo and half a bowl of cereals with milk FOR TODAY
my gosh, ITS SO DISGUTING
i feel like poking something into my stomach and let all the fats flow out
